Yes. Once it's cured, wash it like you always would. The film actually makes washing easier, since dirt doesn't bond as hard.

PPF is a physical shield against impacts. Ceramic is a chemical layer for gloss and easy cleaning. A lot of customers do PPF on the front end and ceramic over the top, for the best of both.
